Spacious room, nicely furnished, very clean, very friendly staff, convenient
Teenagers carried on loudly outside until past midnight Saturday night. The noise was muffled but bothersome as we had to rise early the next morning.
Staff was knowledgable of the area and very friendly and helpful. I stayed at the hotel to attend my niece's graduation ceremony from Princeton.
Middle Bed backboard fell apart and narrowly missed hitting me - had to move entire room contents to another (not as clean/prepared) room, with no assistance from staff. No discounts or special offers were forthcoming, due to this catatrophe - not even meal/drink tickets for me and my brother! I also didn't like waiting over an hour to check into a room - when I made the reservations 3 weeks prior, I had requested early check-in. Staff did, however, check me in prior to (3 pm) usual check-in time - I appreciated that!
Accommodating staff, comfy mattress, lots of pillows, fridge
Strange smell during stay
Breakfast was great, front desk were great.
Paying for breakfast, room a little worn.
Well trained, cordial staff. Full restaurant facilities, bar. Clean.
Room was dark. Needed more lamps. Had a lounge chair, attached table in one corner but no light on that side of the room. Had to lean into a light on the side of bed to read.
Bed was comfortable. Hotel looked like it was recently remodeled and staff was nice. New tv and new furniture was nice.
The remodeling looked cheaply done and no attention to detail. Breakfast was not good (scrambled eggs sitting for a while and cut fresh fruit looked like it wasn't fresh- sausage looked and tasted good). My bathroom had ripped shower curtain (doing remodel get a new one) the tub looked like it had dirty blotches of plaster from remodel on it. The wall had a little hole in what looked like new wall paper so I'm not sure why that was there. The floor base board looked like there was some plaster spots. The person I was traveling with said the gym looked old with equipment not working/broken and (quote "that gym has problems"). The entry way by desk and elevator had what looked like some spots of dirt on the floor and the staff was there and didn't clean it up.
House staff knocked on door @ 7:45 am to make up room; left @ 8:15... Room was never cleaned all day Requested cleaning @ 7:00 pm.. Told housekeeping was not available .. Given 2 clean towels !!
Light, air conditioning, quietness.
No walk-in showers. Decorations dated and depressing in color and design. No lunch service.
Good breakfast, clean rooms, new facilities.
Prices during Princeton reunions were waaaaayyyyyyyy to high.
Was every clean and friendly staff
The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. This is our second visit, and we plan to stay here again. We didn't use the pool this time since it was out of season, but we used it the first time and enjoyed it.
For this hotel to be perfect for us, we would like to have free breakfast available.
Noisy, old fashioned, noisy, semi broken heating and cooling device. Outdated hotel room with only one desk employee who tried hard and did his job well and had way too much to do at the same time.
Nice clean room with a nice tv. Bathroom was sparkling. Staff was very friendly and helpful
I didn't like that Booked.net offered smoking rooms and you don't have any. Coffee pot in room was broken also
